A mission we live every day
The Rebecca Blaylock Child Development Center exists to provide affordable, high-quality early education to families in Rome and Floyd County — regardless of income. As a nonprofit, we exist for our children, not for shareholders.
Rebecca was a Rome native who believed that every child, no matter their circumstances, deserves a soft place to land and a strong start in life. Her legacy lives in every hallway, every hug, and every proud goodbye at our Pre-K graduation.
